Yesterday, I was bit by “blogging tendency”. I badly wanted to log onto wordpress and post something. You know what happened? WordPress crashed. This has happened many times before. The link keeps breaking. I couldn’t log in until now. So yes, thats my Murphy story.
I’ve noticed how my blogging standards are all time low right now. The only thing I’ve talked about is music, television shows and more music. But thats pretty much how my life is right now. See, I’d thought that 3 months of holidays is going to rock and I’ll be able to finish my lists, etc. But no! All I’ve been doing is sleeping, watching television and listening to a LOT of music.
I’ve been following “The Secret Life of The American Teenager“. It is a very sad show btw. Its about a 15 year old girl who gets pregnant, doesn’t tell her parents for a really long time and acts real dumb during the process. It really surprised/ shocked/ annoyed me for a while. Come to think of it, are American teenagers that dumb as to not know how to handle such things? Ok, they make this one big mistake. And then what? In the show, she says “I’m going to pretend like it never happened“. Is she crazy? Doesn’t she know that she is going to blot like a hippo after 3 months? It is nothing like JUNO. I just follow it coz I have nothing else to do [that I can actually blog about later] and this guy called “Ben” in the show is really nice =P
I wish I wrote more often. There was a really nice article about teenage writers that I found on Sameer’s blog. Will put up the link when I find it.

Oh well, WordPress keeps crashing on me all the time, too. I think it just likes doing that. Try using the Windows Live Writer, btw. I was kinda skeptical about it but it’s actually quite cool.
And I just know how holidays are never productive. I ALWAYS plan so many things and end up doing NOTHING other than sleeping and lazing around. And since I’m lazing around all the time, there’s nothing interesting to write, except of course funny things you come across on TV and Chris Martin look-alikes. But people get bored of them eventually. I don’t blame you.
Um, you need to watch The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien if you don’t do that already. It’s pretty good past time. Juno was a very nice movie, btw. The end where both of them are singing and playing the guitar is quite a moment.

Oh I do watch The Tonight Show. From 3 to 4 pm, when the parents aren’t around.
Juno is The Best teen pregnancy movie =P No seriously. I saw another movie called “mom at sixteen”. It sucked. So yeah..
hmhm….. I myself loved Juno. the character description was mature, blunt, daring and focused.
I esp loved the part @ the end where she asks her father abt love and he 22 gives a honest answer. no BS.
I think people get a kick out of seeing others making silly mistakes…. how else I am to explain the several reality shows that are utter nonsense….
BTW… hey I thought U did not see such shows. Yaar i remember reading abt ur opinion on ellen degeneres show.
and yeah I agree completely with Perx- U should write abt the story behind ur pics. that would have an intersting reading….

Muthu – Everybody Loves JUNO!! You are true about the characters. In fact, the characters in ‘The Secret Life’ are strong and focussed too. Each one has their own personality. The only thing that surprises me is the ignorance of these 15 years old in the show.
Oh this is VERY different than The Ellen’s Show, come on. This is more like The O.C. and I completely loved the first 2 seasons of The O.C.

I also love blogging. It’s my passion, actually. My blogging life started with a community bangla blogging platform where I got a good recognition — as a teenage and the youngest blogger. But, I am much more interested in blogging and wanted to reach global audience. That’s what made me prefer writing in English. I don’t know how to upgrade my English skill. In bangla blog, I write on almost every topic. Lifestyle, Diary, Movie, Music, Thoughts, etc. But, after moving on to the English blogging platform, I’m in lack of words. Well, not really words. Words can simply be found on dictionaries. I’m talking about making sentences in the right way.
However, I can’t even think to give up writing. I still write personal entries on a blogger blog. Inactive, though. But, especially I write blog entries on aisajib.com.
